Parental Controls a sham?

What exactly is the point of them? Turned them on, assigned device, followed all directions. Typed in naughty site and viola, easy access. So what are the parental controls supposed to be blocking, if not adult sites? And why are they advertising them if they do not do anything.

2 days of perfect WiFi…not anymore

Tuesday and Wednesday was near perfect I was able to play the game without lagging but now the WiFi is now back to being ridiculous trash you guys should keep it perfect not take it away fix the issue

NO WIFI… AGAIN!

First time Cox user (moved from New England) and I’ve had no service more than I actually have had service in the past 10 months. I’m soooo fed up with this company. They don’t even give you any type of credit for the days the service was out! Very unhappy customer here!!
