Rate increase
Zero notice that my rate was going to increase. It should be standard to notify customers in advance that a rate increase is coming. Very unprofessional

It is standard practice, you will find it on your bill. A notification alerting you that the 1 or 2 year contracted rate is expiring on xxx date. I do it the easy way, I have an alert on my phone's calendar 30 days prior to the end of contracted discount rate.
