I got charged $100 for pro connect and I don’t even have that where do I go to get this fee off

I just received my Internet box but the yellow cord doesn’t fit into the wall it’s not the right size

Am I going to get money back for all this time being in an outage? This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. Working from home I’m having to use my sick days because of something I can’t control. This is stupid!

Internet not working

I am so sick of Cox Wifi. I have been off-line intermittently for the last 60 days with no refund given. I am at the point where I am going to switch carriers.

Why is Cox going down multiple times a day in the north Virginia Beach (Great Neck and Shore Dr) areas?

Will change to new company offering fiver internet at same price.

Over the last few weeks my internet has repeatedly dropped. I work from home SMS am constantly dealing with WiFi interruptions. The app is no help because it can’t connect to my gateway when there’s an issue.
