3 days to get a tech
Is three days a proper response time for tech to respond to an outage at my house? Go thru troubleshooting and no outage in my area. Modem powers. Boots and then goes into flashing green and stays there.

Network outage 7 days in a row
Experiencing internet outages due to “network issues in my area” 7 days in a row. Cox technical support can’t give me straight answer as to what is happening. Worst service Ive ever had.

why am i going over my data usage all of a sudden cox cable?
I keep going over data with only 2 rokus on 1080p not 4k . I'm 61 and mom is 83 we don't game. We just moved into an apartment . We moved do to home fire. At my home we used 3 rokus 3 phones 1 smart tv 1 ipad and a wired computer and only used 550 gb we as of today used 1200gb with 3 days to go . I'

Another outage
Once again, our Internet and tv service is out! This is the worst cable service I’ve ever had!

Connection issues
i pay almost $150 a month for internet and it never works. My phone runs faster, calls run smoother using regular phone data and WiFi off. I’m genuinely getting frustrated. Why pay for WiFi if it never works. Cox sucks.

Daily Internet outages
I swear every single day, my Internet goes out for like 5 to 10 minutes every hour. It takes about 30 minutes talking to a live agent just to get a two dollar credit to my account. It’s driving me insane I am about to switch Internet companies. Is anyone else having this issue

call centers lieing they are not in america
what great customer service. your call centers are CLEARLY overseas. your workers lied to me and said theyre in az, they are NOT!!!! i can barely understand them and when i asked them they couldnt tell me the city they were in, QUIT OUTSOURCING TO OTHER COUNTRIES!!!!!!! ill just quit and go with qua
