Constant Outages - planned and unplanned! WTF
ridiculous! The least you can do is notify people since it is a quote “planned maintenance”. AT&T never had this many issues and I was with them for over 8 years ! And I’ve only been here for an about a year. I think it’s time to switch back. You know people have work and rely on internet right?

Cox App outage alerts - "Please enter a valid phone number."
In the Cox App, both a couple of weeks ago and today, when I attempt to "Sign Up for Text Notifications" about an outage, I input my phone number, and the app says "Please enter a valid phone number." DVR Recordings
