This is the 3rd day my internet is down ! I pay a lot of money for this service and need someone to call me to let me know what is happening to my internet. Never had this many errors with COX!

Went to sign in to pay a bill. Page said they installed new system and I neeeded to change logon and password. I did so. Now I can't use either one to get into my account. Called and person said it does not work. They have a live web page which does not work.

Recently my tool a worn-out XR11-RF r emote control to Cox and they replaced it with a XR15 remote control. With my 84 year old fingers, the tiny buttons on the XR15 are a poor substituent for the XR11.
