The username and password isn't working no matter what I put it as. I've tried the SSID. I've tried the password on the bottom of the thing. I've tried admins / password. How can I log into my gateway settings from a computer. I don't want to view it from the app.

Intermittent distortion on DVR recordings
DVR recordings randomly pixelate and audio distorts, then recover. Happens on multiple recordings across different channels, and on same spots on playback so apparently captured during recording. I’m having intermittent distortion on DVR and sometime on TV playing.
I’m having intermittent distortion when playing DVR movies and sometimes regular TV. Could it be my modem needs to be updated? The Tv is 5 years old.

If it’s not out it lagging and buffering
Is there a reason my internet goes out at least 2 twice a month and when it is working it’s buffering and lagging the whole time.
