Cox goes down daily. For hours at a time. I would like to know why and also when I can expect service to be restored.

A newly arrived competitor is in my neighborhood going door-to-door and I just turned him away and as soon as I did my Internet went out. He is trying to convince me that his fiber service is more reliable than Cox’s cable for the high-speed Internet. Does anybody have any ideas if that is true?

The Internet service I’m being provided is really terrible. The Internet freezes a lot and it does not pick up and for the price. I’m paying it’s not even worth it if I can’t get a discounted or better service up here I will be canceling.

Ive been with cox for 5 years now and within the last 2 years we have been experiencing random glitches when trying to watch tv. A movie doesn't even last 5 min when it says it has no internet connection. I recently changed the modem bc I thought it would solve the problem & the internet keeps going

Cox must be crazy if they think I’m paying this ridiculously high bill when every day I’ve come home this week my internet and cable have been down. My mom works from home and can’t work because of the internet being down. It’s become a constant problem. What is cox going to do about it??

Can someone from Cox please explain why we have multiple outages a day with our internet? Also do I have to walk into a Cox store to get any communication about how to fix this issue? Extremely frustrated with outages and looking for another service provider ASAP

I need the internet to work and I continue to have outages almost everyday. Is there a reason there are so many outages in this area consistently? It is really frustrating and I’ve used cox for many years.
