Rate increase complaint
Mom is 92, has basic plan + Italian Channel and her bill now is $100. She’s in a senior living facility which only offers Cox. If we had a choice, we would shop for a better deal but unfortunately that is not possible. It would be nice if Cox would offer seniors (most of whom live on a tight budget)

Issues with 3rd party TV apps
Specific apps persistently freeze, buffer and drop out. Amazon Prime, paramount plus, Disney plus, Hulu and YouTube have all had this problem. Happens every day 10 to 20 times during a show.
