In the last few days, the Last button will not include one specific channel in the list of recently viewed channels (FYI - it is TNT which is Channel 46 here in Crestview, FL). I can watch any other channel, switch to another channel, and then use the Last button to return to the original channel. B

It is no longer recognized by my TV as a valid input. I tried multiple TVs and resets through the endless Cox (lack of) support automated system. What can I do to get it fixed or replaced with a new box? I do not see an option for that anywhere on the Cox website.
