Does Cox plan on adding the ACC network? If not, I plan to cancel my service.
I’m in Pensacola. If Cox doesn’t add the ACC network, I will be moving to an internet based service that DOES carry the ACC network.

Watch DVR programs on mobile device?
Is it possible to watch DVR programs on mobile devices? This was the main reason I left Cox last year but would like to come back.

Cox Contour and Slingbox Setup to make it work
I recently got a Cox Contour 2 DVR. Slingbox website states Slingbox is compatible with Cox. I have a Slingbox 350 unit that only has Component Vido & audio input and output, not HDMI. To solve that problem since Contour only has HDMI, Amazon has a $79 HDMI to Component + L/R Audio to HDMI 1080i Vid

Remotes stopped working - Error code 4.1.3
I have new Contour boxes and Cisco remotes. Two days ago, they all worked fine. Suddenly, we cannot access the cable guide or change channels except by using the up/down arrows. A really annoying message that our purchase function has been disabled and we should call and reference a code of 4.1.3. I

MLB.TV linking to Cox Account to watch on Contour device
I spoke with Ann B. today and she told me that Cox can't match the MLB.tv TROOP ID offer of $77.34 for full access to MLB games and verified that it would be smarter to just sign up with MLB.tv and then link accounts. I then asked Ann to verify that I can watch these games on my Cox devices at home

Why are the cast for movies or shows not appearing in the Guide. None of the shows in the listing Guide shows who is staring in a movie or appearing in a show listed anymore?

My Contour remote worked everything on my Vizio TV, now with my new Hitachi TV only the on and off switch doesn't work from remote. Guide, Volume, Channels all work but NOT the On and Off.
I only want to use my Cox Contour remote like I always did. Now I have a new tv (Hitachi) and everything works but not the "on and off."
