I recently started subscribing to Fox One and ESPN's streaming services, and while ESPN's is available on my Xumo box, Fox One is not. I realize that it is a new service, but are there any plans to add it in the near future?

Do Cox’s agreements with local stations and/or their network providers that carry a particular network feed grant the local stations and/or network providers with exclusive rights to a designated Cox channel? Or does Cox retain the right to switch to a different local station with a different networ

Is anyone else having issues watching HBO MAX through the Contour STB app with constant freezing and stalling? I subscribe to two other streaming services (Netflix & Tubi) which do not have this problem; it's constant with HBO MAX.

My service has been out 2 full days. This is unacceptable. The service has been deficient since day one. If my service is not restored in a couple of hours, I will cancel service and withhold payment. This is no way to treat well paying customers

Why is there no option to see subscribed channels only in the guide? It’s so simple and logical, maybe that’s it? Are you trying to make customers see what they don’t get in order to try to upsell? My elderly father can’t remember to filter and is always asking why he can’t see whatever channel. Ver

So I am still on regular cable, but noticed last week that several of the premium channels have disappeared like HBO Family channel and a few others. Wonder if anyone knows why or what is going on?
