Contour 2 DVR recordings show on host but no longer show on client boxes, however…

"No Signal Message" on TV During Turn-On
One of my TVs, upon turn on, has started showing a message on the screen in a turquoise background: "HDMI 1" No Signal--retighten cables..." ACCN
UVA plays Pittsburg at 7:30 on Saturday. I will not get to see the game. Why you may ask? Because Cox ISN'T CARRYING THE ACCN NETWORK!!!!! I pay OVER $200 A MONTH for digital cable and internet. I can get PAC 10 or TWO SEC networks, but NOT the ACC network! Is it time to look into HULU and DirecTV?

No sound with cox contour through browser (laptop/desktop)
Now a month since this issue was supposedly escalated at COX with no response nor solution. I am in the Phoenix area with a service that's plagued withsignal drops and random weird errors that are never explained. When can we expect an honest answer?
