Why is there no option to see subscribed channels only in the guide? It’s so simple and logical, maybe that’s it? Are you trying to make customers see what they don’t get in order to try to upsell? Premium Channels Gone

New contour box has degraded pause functionality

We had a technician come out recently because our cable and internet went down, and he told us we could upgrade to a smaller wireless box that would have the same functionality.
