Hi I rented two movies by a mistake at the same time can I be credited for one pls

It is no longer recognized by my TV as a valid input. I tried multiple TVs and resets through the endless Cox (lack of) support automated system. What can I do to get it fixed or replaced with a new box? I do not see an option for that anywhere on the Cox website.

Is anyone else having issues watching HBO MAX through the Contour STB app with constant freezing and stalling? I subscribe to two other streaming services (Netflix & Tubi) which do not have this problem; it's constant with HBO MAX.
