HBO MAX freezing
Is anyone else having issues watching HBO MAX through the Contour STB app with constant freezing and stalling? I subscribe to two other streaming services (Netflix & Tubi) which do not have this problem; it's constant with HBO MAX.

Issue with signal on Channel 516 TV5MONDE

Worst service ever
My service has been out 2 full days. This is unacceptable. The service has been deficient since day one. If my service is not restored in a couple of hours, I will cancel service and withhold payment. This is no way to treat well paying customers

Why is there no option to see subscribed channels only in the guide? It’s so simple and logical, maybe that’s it? Are you trying to make customers see what they don’t get in order to try to upsell? Premium Channels Gone

New contour box has degraded pause functionality
We had a technician come out recently because our cable and internet went down, and he told us we could upgrade to a smaller wireless box that would have the same functionality. Unfortunately the new box has inferior pause functionality- we can only pause live tv for about 25 minutes before it start
