I have only had Cox TV services for two weeks. I have two receivers one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I keep losing connection with the receiver in the bedroom several times a day. This has happened every day since it was installed.

Wireless 4K Contour

When I switch to a 4K channel and then to a non-4K channel, the color is messed up. I have to reset the box to get the color back to normal. How can this be fixed?

Remove cable box on residence

Is it okay to remove the cable box on side of my house? I no longer have cox cable. If I ever go back I figure new technology and wiring will be needed anyway. The panel box and wires are so extinct.

Terrible reception every evening

Every single evening my TV becomes unresponsive. The guide won’t come up. The channel won’t change. Nothing is responsive. The TV screen freezes constantly. This is the worst cable I have ever had and the worst customer support. The app is useless. I have restarted my system nothing seems to help. W

Timers Settings Are Set to On Time but They Start 1 Minute Early and Stop One Minute Late

I have all of my timers set to start/stop on time but some start 1 minute early, 1 minute late or both. The only solution I have found is a 5 year old post that suggest to turn off "padding" in general preferences. There is no option to do so. Any suggestion on how to fix this?
