Why is there no option for a Grid View of my favorite channels? Every other provider allows this and it's so much more convienent.

We have a DVR and the sound is out of sync with the picture we are watching.

BIG "Friends" fan. Why are they airing the reunion on a channel that can only be seen if you have purchased it.? I'm sure there are other fans out there who would like to see it aired on a "normal" channel. I guess it's all about the money.

Why has Cox disabled the record function on the free preview channels? You used to be able to DVR record anything on those regular channels during the free preview to watch when you can, now it says record function not available and must subscribe to record. I am having pixelization on channels 5, 8, and several others the past couple of days. I see it every 10-15 seconds. Even the sound sometimes gets garbled. Other channels seem to be great. This happens to the TVs using the contour box as well as the mini-boxes. I have checked the ground connections

The sound is annoyingly out-of-sync with the picture, so when you see people are speaking their lips don't match up with the words; like an old karate movie.

I have no cable service in North Scituate Ri and support lines are all busy which leads me to believe there is a major outage. Anyone out also?
