I can't find a current Cox channel lineup for Hampton Rhodes. The old ones (I found one for 2016) should be deleted!

Same problem for me now as I have read from others. One channel has no sound. Fox Business News Channel 68 for me!!! Anybody had resolves this? I've been on wait for customer service for 16 min!!!!! Thanks.
