Wrong note in commercial music

For the love of all that is holy, somebody PLEASE correct the theme music to that ubiquitous COX commercial about staying in touch. There is a note near the beginning that is terribly off, and it grates on our nerves every time the commercial airs, which is FREQUENTLY. Thanks.

Contour TV

What is the use of paying for Contour when you still have to pay to view TV shows? It wasn't always that way, but I have noticed that almost everything I want to watch right now I have to pay $2.99 so I can watch.

ACC Network Stuff

I’m just about to switch to YouTube TV. I pay A LOT of $$$ for channels I don’t watch because I like COX’s service, but that’s about to change. If you can’t give your customers what they want, they’ll go elsewhere. “Hard Lined” cable is becoming a thing of the past really quickly.

Audio cuts out sporadically for 2-15 seconds but ONLY on CPTV. When it happens, the video distorts on a few lines on the screen - sort of like we used to get with the satellite dish during storms. Anyone have this problem? Any fix known?

Cox forgets where to resume on some movies

Sometimes I will not finish watching a movie and exit. I expect Cox to resume where I exited and left off the day before. Most of the time it works correctly, but some movies on “Hallmark Movies Now” channel don’t resume. Instead the only option is to watch movie from the start, and then fast forwar
