We have a DVR and the sound is out of sync with the picture we are watching.

THere was just an alert for Orange County for 1 hour 11-12 but did not say WHY... and the Emergency site NOT UP AND RUNNING... anyone know whats happening? it was NOT a test and its sunny skies outside so....?????

I have a 52" Sanyo TV been connected to Co since Oct 2017. No device additions or removals in the time. Recently Cox remote will not change channels, with key pad of channel up/down. Stays on current channel. This could be any channel. Earlier today it worked fine, now it's back to not changing??

I have a Slingbox 500 and the Slingbox setup does not include a remote specifically for my new Cisco Model CXD01ANI box. Does anyone have experience setting up Slingbox 500 with this box?

After I record a program, then playback and go fast forward x6, I see what I want to watch, hit play and it starts playing several seconds ahead. I believe it should back up 4-5 seconds, so I can watch want I want.

Just a update. It appears cox must have reverted to the previous update because now all the sudden the power down voice command is working again for me. Please Cox!! Whatever u do don’t change it again!

The Cox people wont make it easy to cancel. however, adding is sure a breeze. Conniving and underhanded tactics for sucking the cox out of you.
