Why would Cox switch our home market (Casa Grande,AZ) from the Phoenix market to the Tucson market? We are 30 minutes from Phx and an hour from Tucson. They need to switch us back. Makes no sense.

Need another cable box set up in spare bedroom and need 2 new remotes for existing cable boxes in our home.

In the last few days, the Last button will not include one specific channel in the list of recently viewed channels (FYI - it is TNT which is Channel 46 here in Crestview, FL). I can watch any other channel, switch to another channel, and then use the Last button to return to the original channel. B

Hi I rented two movies by a mistake at the same time can I be credited for one pls

It is no longer recognized by my TV as a valid input. I tried multiple TVs and resets through the endless Cox (lack of) support automated system. What can I do to get it fixed or replaced with a new box? I do not see an option for that anywhere on the Cox website.

Is anyone else having issues watching HBO MAX through the Contour STB app with constant freezing and stalling? I subscribe to two other streaming services (Netflix & Tubi) which do not have this problem; it's constant with HBO MAX.

Cox service outages should automatically credit account for services not rendered

I live in the Macon-Warner Robins GA area and I just turned my TV to Recipe.TV and it was dead air. The same with Comedy.TV. Have all the Allen Media Group channels left Cox Cable?
