Price is as high as the problems
For almost $300 a month I don’t think there should be THIS many problems all the time. I’m on my 5th try to watch the same show. No matter what I do to fix it it’s almost an everyday problem. I almost expect it when I watch something now, and there it goes again.

Contour seizes up
Why does Contour keep freezing up? It just stops working, cannot change channels or exit. Eventually an error message comes up there is difficulty accessing this channel try again later but the message cannot be turned off without killing power to everything and restarting only for it to happen agai

Any ideas how I can get COX to cancel my NBA subscription?
I cancelled within their timeframe, got a case #, and still I get billing every month. This leads to CS phone calls and a (manual) statement credit, but WHY can't they just cancel the subscription? Multiple tickets submitted as CS Reps to corporate, but no action...

Greetings to all!!! Is there any chance of the "Decades" channel returning to our cable line up (Henderson, NV)?
I enjoy the TV shows of my youth and young adulthood. I am 73 now, retired, and have lots of time on my hands. I loved the decades channel.
