DVR issues again
Well today I cannot record or play any of my recordings. I have nothing but trouble over the past 8 months since I got box free and use cloud. I called and was told immediately it had been sent to a tech and I would here in 24-48 hrs. This is the 6th time I've had issues and the 3rd time it has been sent to a tech and they never fix it and I lose all my DVR recordings. I will go to another platform/company if they cannot fix this time. I had issues before when it was hard wired but never like these isses with the cloud and had never lost recordings before.
No need for anyone to respond - just needed to let out my aggravation with not being to hit record especially during The Olympics and Black History month.

Hi,
I apologize that you are having trouble with the Cloud DVR service. We are aware of an issue that was identified and escalated at about 11 am EST. There may be additional systems, but we are seeing reports of the following errors XRE-06014 or XRE-06026. Our teams are working to fix this as soon as possible.
