After I record a program, then playback and go fast forward x6, I see what I want to watch, hit play and it starts playing several seconds ahead. I believe it should back up 4-5 seconds, so I can watch want I want.

I've found multiple posts with solution but none of them work for me.

On demand launcing point is not showing up in my listed apps. There are several post saying it was because either the cable card or the tuner did not have the access it needed. THere was just an alert for Orange County for 1 hour 11-12 but did not say WHY... and the Emergency site NOT UP AND RUNNING... anyone know whats happening? it was NOT a test and its sunny skies outside so....?????
