I’m just about to switch to YouTube TV. I pay A LOT of $$$ for channels I don’t watch because I like COX’s service, but that’s about to change. If you can’t give your customers what they want, they’ll go elsewhere. “Hard Lined” cable is becoming a thing of the past really quickly.

Tivo Acquiring Channels Stuck @ 72% or 89%" issue

Becky & Co.: Have had a Roamio series 5 (TCD846500) on Cox for 5+ years in South San Diego without significant issue. Recently spouse complained that several of the TIVO channels (QVC & Home & Garden) had begun displaying wrong channel, although our Cox mini-box was fine. Last nite reset & software

Slingbox 500 and Cox Contour 9865HDC

I recently switched from AT&T U-Verse to Cox Contour service. I have a Slingbox 500 which worked just fine with the AT&T box, but with the new Cisco 9865HDC box, I can't find an appropriate setting for the remote control of the Cox Contour box via the Slingbox...9865HDC isn't listed in the Slingbox

I've noticed Cox added a My Account setting in Contour. Contour button > Settings (gear icon) > My Account "See your account details, view and pay your bill, and manage your appointments." Great! New Contour DVR

Replaced my old DVR two days ago. A few of my observations and questions on DVR power button. Blue power button can be turned on but not off with All Power Button on remote.
