Incomplete DVR playback
DVR playbacks occasionally don’t complete. The recorded playback stops playing and returns to a previous recorded block to play again. This continues and program never finished. I suspect the issue with the Contur DVR.

RogerF80, I'd recommend making sure your DVR has open storage space, and that you do not have more overlapping recordings than allowed by your DVR package. You can email us at cox.help@cox.com for account-specific support. We are always happy to help.
