Incomplete DVR playback

DVR playbacks occasionally don’t complete. The recorded playback stops playing and returns to a previous recorded block to play again. This continues and program never finished. I suspect the issue with the Contur DVR.

RogerF80, I'd recommend making sure your DVR has open storage space, and that you do not have more overlapping recordings than allowed by your DVR package. You can email us at cox.help@cox.com for account-specific support. We are always happy to help.

Thank you for the response. The HD fill amount is 18%. The Contour has 6 DVD recorders so it should record 5 programs and use the 6th one live. Simultaneous recordings are usually 3-4 max accounting for overlap of start and finish.
