QVC and HSN on duplicate channels in the Omaha NE area

Annoying message

Upon startup on one of my three tvs I get a message about software update available. It has a two button response available of "yes" or "no". Neither can be clicked and message goes away after a time but comes back at next startup. How do I get rid of this annoying message?
