Cox forgets where to resume on some movies
Sometimes I will not finish watching a movie and exit. I expect Cox to resume where I exited and left off the day before. Omaha/Bellevue pixelization
I am having pixelization on channels 5, 8, and several others the past couple of days. I see it every 10-15 seconds. Even the sound sometimes gets garbled. Other channels seem to be great. This happens to the TVs using the contour box as well as the mini-boxes. I have checked the ground connections

Where is S1 Ep8 of The New Pope? Aired several days ago
Dear Cox, please put Episode 8 of The New Pope on the On Demand menu. HBO is a pay channel we should not be waiting days for on demand services. If it’s not something you did or didn’t do, call whomever you need to call. This is why people are switching to streaming.

Contour Screensaver
I was quick to complain, about 8 months ago, when Cox began inserting "tips and tricks" into the screensaver. Now I must offer my kudos! The screensaver has finally gone back to being an actual screensaver with great new photos! Thanks Cox!

Has the Contour 2 ever become compatible with Alexa?
