Rate increase complaint
Mom is 92, has basic plan + Italian Channel and her bill now is $100. She’s in a senior living facility which only offers Cox. If we had a choice, we would shop for a better deal but unfortunately that is not possible. It would be nice if Cox would offer seniors (most of whom live on a tight budget) a cheaper/discounted plan
Cox- it looks like you are definitely taking advantage of these seniors and that can be considered elder abuse/eploitation.
NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Hello. I'm sorry to hear about the bill increase. I understand that can be worrying, especially when our parents are involved. Usually what causes a bill increase are promos falling off, as they only last 12 or 24 months. It is possible it can be for another reason, but we would be happy to investigate this matter.
