What is the use of paying for Contour when you still have to pay to view TV shows? It wasn't always that way, but I have noticed that almost everything I want to watch right now I have to pay $2.99 so I can watch.

Recording starts 10 minutes late
This happens frequently. Recorded the Rams Titans game tonight. The game started at 5:20 pm, the guide shows 5:20pm but the recording doesn't start until 5:30pm.

Price is as high as the problems
For almost $300 a month I don’t think there should be THIS many problems all the time. I’m on my 5th try to watch the same show. No matter what I do to fix it it’s almost an everyday problem. I almost expect it when I watch something now, and there it goes again.
