I switched a mini-box to a tv that previously had a full size box. In the last week (3 times), when turning the tv on the sound comes on at a very high rate; 60-70. What is causing this. It is very disturbing when you aren't expecting it. Anybody else with this problem?

Why would COX's offer and install Arris Contour 2 Boxes that do not have components outputs? That was pretty short sighted on Cox's part.

DVR play back problems.

I have my cox TV box through my AV receiver. When I adjust the volume, which is on the receiver, the tv picture goes black momentarily, then comes back. It started when I got set up a few days, then another time it didn’t do it, now it’s doing it again. I’m at a loss 🤷🏻‍♂️
