suggestions for TiVo users
I would like to see the cable cards and tuning adapters be able to refreshed from the users cox account just like the cable modem. right now 1 cable card and tuning adter are getting most channels in our package we pay for except 116 but we can view 1116 the hd feed of the same channel on that TiVo,

Wilder v Fury undercards not being shown.
I can't any of the preliminary fights and COX's online chat isn't functioning. Anyone experiencing the same? I don't need to see the prior Wilder/Fury fight or interviews...want to watch new fights and am afraid I paid $79.99 to watch one bout.

Waiting until right before the game to get it- if you're even getting it all- will be too late. I'll cut the cord by then. Thousands of others will too. You are playing this all wrong. Adding it after the season starts means you might as well not add it at all. Streaming or your big competitor here

Another Cold Front, another outage
He we are with another cold and windy night and the cable is on the fritz again. We have had this issue throughout this winter with several visits from technicians who advise us that they are escalating the issue as it is a neighborhood system issue. The issue gets resolved ... until the next front

Contour 2 DVR recordings show on host but no longer show on client boxes, however…

Making Favirites list that only shows available channels is overly complicated. Had this Contor thing for 2 days and absoutly hate the pos. It is beyond ridiculous trying to get a simple answer frim anyone at Cox. Plus they have an 8 hr work day??
