cox contour2 unable to tune to channel, exit xre-00021 Error.

The last 2 nights at supper time I have been getting this error unable to tune to channel-hit exit xre-00021. on 2 boxes but not the main box. It fixes after rebooting, but why is this happening. We just had are last issue worked on with the remote not responding which has been fine in the last week

Error message XRE 03059

Hi, since the cox outage June 8, 2021 we have not been able to access all of our channels. This is truly frustrating as we pay our bills in full every month. If this is not resolved soon I would like a credit on our bill. Please help resolve this issue.

Cox remote not changing channels

I have a 52" Sanyo TV been connected to Co since Oct 2017. No device additions or removals in the time. Recently Cox remote will not change channels, with key pad of channel up/down. Stays on current channel. This could be any channel. Earlier today it worked fine, now it's back to not changing??

Waiting until right before the game to get it- if you're even getting it all- will be too late. I'll cut the cord by then. Thousands of others will too. You are playing this all wrong. Adding it after the season starts means you might as well not add it at all. Streaming or your big competitor here

Audio drops off sometimes 4 or 5 times an hour, usually for 2 or 3 seconds at a time.

Just like hitting mute, video doesn't stop, just audio stops for a few seconds.

What is the use of paying for Contour when you still have to pay to view TV shows? It wasn't always that way, but I have noticed that almost everything I want to watch right now I have to pay $2.99 so I can watch.
