Upon startup on one of my three tvs I get a message about software update available. It has a two button response available of "yes" or "no". Neither can be clicked and message goes away after a time but comes back at next startup. How do I get rid of this annoying message?

I’m just about to switch to YouTube TV. I pay A LOT of $$$ for channels I don’t watch because I like COX’s service, but that’s about to change. If you can’t give your customers what they want, they’ll go elsewhere. “Hard Lined” cable is becoming a thing of the past really quickly.

Hi, since the cox outage June 8, 2021 we have not been able to access all of our channels. This is truly frustrating as we pay our bills in full every month. If this is not resolved soon I would like a credit on our bill. Please help resolve this issue.

Why was the previous discussion blocked? Is an open discussion between subscribers censored if it is critical of Cox? We are all customers and wish to speak with one another via these very helpful forums.

I live in Henderson. Nevada and am requesting that you add the REELZ channel

What happen to Grit Tv?

I have a TIVo Bolt with a tuning adapter. I can view all of my channels accept the Magnolia Network. The screen goes black and nothing happens. Cox is blaming Magnolia. Magnolia is blaming TIVo and TIVo blames Cox. I’m sure it has to do with the tuning adapter but don’t know how to solve the problem
