why are we no longer able to DVR record channels on free preview Cinemax/HBO
Why has Cox disabled the record function on the free preview channels? You used to be able to DVR record anything on those regular channels during the free preview to watch when you can, now it says record function not available and must subscribe to record. That is what a DVR is for, to be able to

No picture while adjusting volume?
I have my cox TV box through my AV receiver. When I adjust the volume, which is on the receiver, the tv picture goes black momentarily, then comes back. It started when I got set up a few days, then another time it didn’t do it, now it’s doing it again. I’m at a loss 🤷🏻♂️

I have an older onkyo audio receiver (TX-SR303). Will it be possible for it to be paired to the XR11 Contour remote, and if so, will I be able to still control tv volume independent of receiver volume as I don’t always use the audio receiver?

ESPN channels
Is anyone else having problems with ESPN channels and SEC channels only. We have had the ever dreaded blue box showing up only on those channels for weeks now. My husband loves his sports and hasn't been able to watch much if any at all. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we pay every month

Will a Cox DVR work without DVR service?
I have a Cox Contour DVR AND Cox DVR Service at my primary residence but ONLY Cox Digital Cable at a second. NO AUDIO RECORDED PROGRAMS
