Cable Signal Problem

Have not had TV channels since October 23rd when a Cox technician came by without an appointment to say that there was a problem with our TV signal strength (too strong).  He came in to our house and disconnected a supposed “signal booster” that was connected to our equipment (we had not installed it) and left without checking to make sure the TV was working.  Another technician finally came on October 26th and said the problem was with the signal coming from the big “green” Cox post/box in our yard and said he would put in a ticket for them to come repair.  I have tried to find out a status on that repair but tech support is clueless when I call.  They offered to send out another technician on October 31st and I hung up at this point on the call this morning.  I pay a ridiculous amount of money monthly for this “service” and have been a loyal customer of Cox for almost 30 years.  Do better Cox.
