High Volume on Cox Home Magic Commercial

DVR Contour 2 "resume" doesn't always remember position

unable to tune to channel
Error: XRE-00021, have reset two cable boxes, no help. internet ok. Some non major channels work. It's the CBS, NBC, Golf, etc that do not work. Very frustrating since COX service technicians not available till next Friday.

Contour 2 - disappointed how many features that were easily available in Record 6 are missing
