I see from reading the some other forums others are having the same error and the issue is still not resolved. We have only been dealing with this for a about 4 weeks, but the issue still persist. No one can even explain or tell me what the error means and no one can fix it. I pay over $200. a month

I've noticed this when watching Lakers and Clippers basketball games on these channels. The video will just cut in and out. It's just on these channels during games. What's going on?

Contour TV keeps giving me a 2111 error. Looked at the other post on this and did everything with exception of flash. Apparently chromebook does not support flash any more.

All TVs experience a pause in audio and video. Started after the latest Cox major update. The video appears to catch up after the pause. I have tried a master reset but did not clear the problem.

Was away for 2 weeks and upon return on Dec 2 the light problem appears to have been fixed. The original thread has been closed so am posting here.

Why is there no option for a Grid View of my favorite channels? Every other provider allows this and it's so much more convienent.

For almost $300 a month I don’t think there should be THIS many problems all the time. I’m on my 5th try to watch the same show. No matter what I do to fix it it’s almost an everyday problem. I almost expect it when I watch something now, and there it goes again.
