Set cable box to work on channel 4

I have my cable box hooked up to my TV via a coaxial cable. I recently got a new tv and did the auto tuner. The only channel that appears is channel 4. Fox Business News has no sound

Same problem for me now as I have read from others. One channel has no sound. Fox Business News Channel 68 for me!!! Anybody had resolves this? I've been on wait for customer service for 16 min!!!!! Thanks.

On demand not working on Tivo Bolt
