Hi, I'm happy to be here, but I have a question. Why can we not DVR shows without them cutting off! Yes, I have seen the Cox answers, etc., but please tell me why I am paying such fees for Cox when they have no real answers?

How can I change the default KEEP setting from ALL EPISODES to 5 EPISODES
i have to manually reset the KEEP option on all my recordings or end up filling my storage with recordings I do not want.

Why is the Cox online TV listings so awful?
If I sign in, it only shows me the first 20 channels or so out of a couple hundred. If I don't sign in, it works slightly better. 50% of the time, it says it can't show me all the channels. Come on!

Issues with TNT
I have been having issues with TNT for past few weeks. It is not only with my box, its also on my contour app and the TNT app itself. I have reset my cable boxes and modem mutiple times.

Is there a trick to using the Contour remote? Some of the buttons don't do anything. I can't enter setup or turn the box off.

Why does Cox need to update their tv service every day? Is it simply to gather information on customers, probably. It certainly does not interfere with the frequent interruptions in their service.
