Now a month since this issue was supposedly escalated at COX with no response nor solution. I am in the Phoenix area with a service that's plagued withsignal drops and random weird errors that are never explained. When can we expect an honest answer?

I am having pixelization on channels 5, 8, and several others the past couple of days. I see it every 10-15 seconds. Even the sound sometimes gets garbled. Other channels seem to be great.
