cox contour2 unable to tune to channel, exit xre-00021 Error.

The last 2 nights at supper time I have been getting this error unable to tune to channel-hit exit xre-00021. on 2 boxes but not the main box. It fixes after rebooting, but why is this happening. We just had are last issue worked on with the remote not responding which has been fine in the last week

System not finding receiver codes to pair

I recently exchanged my old Contour remote for a new one. It paired for Voice Control and it paired for my TV. However, when I try to pair with my receiver, all I get is "searching for codes" on the screen and nothing else happens. Is there a way to manually find the code screen and enter the code?

Contour Stream Player recording playback issues

I want my old dvr back. This new stream player that stores in the cloud has terrible playback issues. All recordings just stop intermittently and I have to exit and re-enter the dvr recordings to resume. It happens about 6-8 times on an hour long program. The tech support agent I spoke to just kept

Channel not available "We're having some trouble on our end..."

CBS, NBC, ABC, HBO, Starz, Showtime and few other channels bring up "Please try again" blah, blah, blah (XRE-03059). Did the reset and the refresh. Any ideas how to resolve? Cox website "no outages" in my area (Scottsdale, AZ).

switch to hdmi port on back of contour box

There's an hdmi port on the back of the contour box. How do you switch to use that port? There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do that. I've gone thru setup and various keys on the remote but don't see any way to switch to use hdmi input

Series recordings not transferred to exchanged dvr
