Apps won't play videos after setting up replacemnt DVR box
Recently replaced my DVR box. I have signed into Prime but videos will not play. "Something is wrong" is the only feedback I get. Any ideas?

Daily Update Time feature
Can the Daily Update Time feature on a Contour minibox expectantly turn on my 20 year old Samsung TV like an alarm clock at 4AM. The TV is plugged info a separate wall outlet so it must be getting some signal from the minibox? It never happened in 6 years since my installation and just started a few

Is there a way to save recorded programs if I have to change out my Contour 2 box?
My Contour 2 box hard drive is humming rather loudly, which cannot be a good sign. If it needs to be swapped for a new one, is there any way to save all the recorded programs?

PRC Accent 1000 remote control for Arris XG1v3 cable box

Power on channel

My water line was cut during an additional line was installed.
