Dear Cox, please put Episode 8 of The New Pope on the On Demand menu. HBO is a pay channel we should not be waiting days for on demand services. If it’s not something you did or didn’t do, call whomever you need to call. This is why people are switching to streaming.

Why has Cox disabled the record function on the free preview channels? You used to be able to DVR record anything on those regular channels during the free preview to watch when you can, now it says record function not available and must subscribe to record. Hi - I'm trying to hook up 2 TV's in 1 room with the same cable box. Does anyone know, if I purchase an HDMI cable splitter, will I be able to watch 2 different channels on both TV's? Are there any settings that can make this possible? This is ideally for football season :). Thanks!

Is anyone else having problems with ESPN channels and SEC channels only. We have had the ever dreaded blue box showing up only on those channels for weeks now. My husband loves his sports and hasn't been able to watch much if any at all. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we pay every month

Has anyone got a concrete resolution? I have had 3 techs out (during the day) and my signal is good and then every evening I get "No Signal"??? 3 weeks!!!
