Why are only my basic cable channels and ESPN working? All other channels just give me the black screen with the channel logo and three loading dots.

Peacock Premium on my laptop

How do I access Peacock Premium on my laptop? I can get Peacock basic service at peacocktv.com and there's a link for Cox subscribers to get Premium for free, but clicking it just says "watch it on your Contour box."

Contour 2 - disappointed how many features that were easily available in Record 6 are missing

Had Record 6 with 3 receivers for about 3 years. Started having audio and video skipping and freezing, so swapped to Contour 2 on advice from Cox tech. Like taking a step backwards. Problem w/ WiFi contour box -- Having to restart daily

We switched to the WiFi contour TV box a few days ago. It is connected to a Samsung smart TV. Each morning when turning on either "All power" or just the "TV power" button, the TV isn't recognizing the HDMI source of the cable. So each time, we do a hard reboot and it restarts and works fine.
