I then asked Ann to verify that I can watch these games on my Cox devices at home

I can't any of the preliminary fights and COX's online chat isn't functioning. Anyone experiencing the same? I don't need to see the prior Wilder/Fury fight or interviews...want to watch new fights and am afraid I paid $79.99 to watch one bout.

The Cox Home Magic commercials are way too loud. When one of these commercials comes on, whoever is closest to the remote has to get to the mute button.
