How do I make sure I get a brand new Contour box and not a refurbished one? My current one keeps needing to be rebooted so I want to get the latest version.

With the upper channels gone do I need to reprogram all my recordings to the lower channels?

I am in Rhode Island market. I have a TIVO with cable card and tuning adapter. Several channels in my basic service show "Channel not Authorized". What is the problem Cox?

How do I access Peacock Premium on my laptop? I can get Peacock basic service at peacocktv.com and there's a link for Cox subscribers to get Premium for free, but clicking it just says "watch it on your Contour box."

For some reason for about 15 mins Fox news was down on all cable boxes in my home. I could not even get it with COX online which I believe is internet. I was able to get it with the Fox app on my cell phone and firestick with my TV. (Both internet) It's working now but curious if anyone else went do
