tuning adapter and new cable drop being run

So my living room tuning adapter didn't want to connect to my TiVo. We tried four tuning adapters then the Cox rep made a temporary drop from the outside tap into my living room and it immediately connected. Cox Contour on PC

I was curious if there were a way to pause the Cox Contour Web application on a PC. This would be the watchtv.cox.com site. I suspect there is not an application that could replace the web streaming, but i thought to ask. Thank you in advance.

Cox needs to add the ACC network

As we are in day 5 without the ACC network on COX, the statement that COX is putting out is they haven't acquired the ACC network due to trying to keep their costs low to their customers. I among MANY, would give up EVERY channel on the existing sports pak that we pay extra for now ( including ESPNU

Lost the ability to use Plex to DVR all non-OTA Cox channels - No ESPN, TMC, AMC, etc

Recording Sports, but exclude the Spanish channels on Contour 2?

I am new to Contour 2, and I am having a bit of trouble. Here is my situation: I want to follow the US Women's Soccer Team, so I navigated to the Sports menu and select the American Flag Team and to record all the live (new) shows. The issue is that it is also recording all the Spanish transmissions

I see from reading the some other forums others are having the same error and the issue is still not resolved. We have only been dealing with this for a about 4 weeks, but the issue still persist. No one can even explain or tell me what the error means and no one can fix it. I pay over $200. a month

Picture in top left hand corner (SOLVED)
