High Volume on Cox Home Magic Commercial

The Cox Home Magic commercials are way too loud. When one of these commercials comes on, whoever is closest to the remote has to get to the mute button. We kept thinking that it would be fixed, but this has been going on for several months and it's very annoying. I've seen this same issue brought up in several other posts and hopefully it can be resolved.
