Still no solution, nor satisfaction from Cox
For the past MONTH, at random times of the night, usually beginning around 10:30 PM or so (and occasionally early evening), my screen and sound begin pixilating and breaking up, and then I get the blue screen, which reads: "Service Unavailable. Sorry, there is currently no TV signal detected on this

Thanks for your response in the previous thread, BUT... this is NOT an issue that requires a service tech, as you responded to the previous, quickly locked, discussion about this! it is a COX issue and they are well warranted to ask for a refun

HDMI Splitter - Different Channels on 2 TV's?
Hi - I'm trying to hook up 2 TV's in 1 room with the same cable box. Does anyone know, if I purchase an HDMI cable splitter, will I be able to watch 2 different channels on both TV's? Are there any settings that can make this possible? This is ideally for football season :). Thanks!

Surge Protector or wall plug for cable-box-dvr
Just wondering if it is better to plug my dvr into a surge protector or the wall outlet. Will I not have any issues like the remote delays after pushing buttons when using the dvr for a few hours & the box getting warmer, if I plug into the wall direct, I have it now in the surge.

DVR box
My DVR box makes a high pitched noise when i use my dvr, say I'm rewinding or fast forwarding through commercials when i hit play it screeches. It only does this when I'm using the dvr. Any thuoghts?

Bally Sports Channel
I can watch the Bally Sports Channel on my TV’s, and Android phone but on my iPad that channel keeps asking me to watch on my home WiFi and I’m already on my home WiFi. There are a few channels that do this on my iPad but no other device. I’ve tried deleting the Cox Contour App then reinstalling it

Any ideas how I can get COX to cancel my NBA subscription?
I cancelled within their timeframe, got a case #, and still I get billing every month. This leads to CS phone calls and a (manual) statement credit, but WHY can't they just cancel the subscription? Multiple tickets submitted as CS Reps to corporate, but no action...

problem with WatchTV, sound cuts out
I leave watchtv on in the background while I'm working on stuff. sometimes the channel loads without audio, or during channels it goes to loading and the audio cuts out. usually refreshing fixes it, but I still wonder why it happens.
