Cox channel guide says no information
My channel guide says no information where it should have a summary of the program. This happens all the time what is wrong? This is a new box and it happened with the old box too.

Remote No Longer controls audio or turns off TV
I received a new TV and hooked it up to my Cox cable box. The remote I've always used works fine except it will no longer turn the TV off. Colorado Avalanche Hockey Games
Why are the Colorado Avalanche Hockey Games blacked out on all channels on Cox in Omaha NE? It is 542 miles from Omaha to Denver. Minnesota Wild is closer to Omaha and we get their home games.

Cloud DVR
We are also having the same problems with the cloud DVR. Sound cuts out, picture freezes, hard to make it go forward, extremely frustrating and occurs more frequently at night time. Oscars were terrible to play. The next day during the day time it worked fine but too late to see who wins what. This

DVR Problem

Series Priority deletion
Is there any way to delete series from the series priority manager when the shows are no longer scheduled? I don't see any option other than to move them to the bottom of the list which is getting unmanageably long!
