Freezing Regularly

For months now, we experience freezing on MSNBC and Padres channels. There may be others, but these seem to be the most problematic. We have Contour 4K modems for the TV’s with strong signals. Cannot access starz app through tv provider.

I have Starz with Cox and I cannot log into the starz app on my Google tv nor my Roku with my Cox credentials. It works on my iPhone through my browser but not on my TV or roku. Starz won’t help me.

We returned to Rhode Island on 5-28-25. On 5-29-25 we started having issues with the guide, it keep going up and down really fast and we had no voice command so we called Cox. On 5-31-25 2 people arrived and they were here for a long time and appeared to fix everything. They shut the TV off and left

TV can't stay connected

My TV can't stay connected for more than 20 minutes any more ever. It disconnected routinely for between 1 and 5 minutes, over and over and over. This new box just doesn't work and it can't record live TV the way I need it to. Is there any plan to fix the problems with these useless new cable boxes?

cox tv service problems in southington ct today 5/29/2024

Problems with cox trying to put in new systems. Our tv remotes are asking for for tv codes on all 3 of our telebisions. Cox was suppose to have everything by 8 am today.
