Very disappointed and upset infuriated customer

Internet and tv and dvr service is awful in NE Mesa AZ EVERY day

I have to have my equipment reset 3 times a week to get any service to work reliably. Can’t weight fir Google fiber to get out of this nightmare. Cox is a joke… tells me every thing looks good… really? Then why are all your customers having issues daily

Horrible chat support

I just spent over 3 hrs trying to get a subscription service cancelled that I mistakenly purchased. The end result was that supposedly the subscription was cancelled but they changed my current bundle pricing resulting in a charge of over $120 a month. Oh and they also disabled my wifi. I’m so upset

DVR stutters

I had quite a lengthy thread over the last months about DVR stuttering and dropping video. Then, someone turned off comments and no other posts appeared. I notice that it looks like COX is trying to placate/intercept folks with the same complaints by telling them that their issue will be escalated.
