Once again, the cable goes out

Would be nice if just once, we could watch an hour of TV without the screen going blank at least once. Happens almost every evening. Have reported multiple times but nothing helps. Yet, Cox is quick to bill for crappy service. Need to find another service. Not worth $300+ a month for a service that

Outage Ongoing

Today, Saturday 12/14/2024 start my 4th day without any cable TV. I have never experience such a prolonged issue in my 50+ years with COX, even when it was Dimension TV. Very frustrating!

Reset dvr box since upgrade

Cox did an upgrade on December 11. When I turn tv on I only got sound. Had to manually reset dvr box to get a picture. Same thing happened today. Anyone else having this issue? I guess I need to call cox as I am not going to reset the dvr every time I turn the tv on.

Contour on the Road? Nope!

In spite of all the hype about how good the Contour TV app is, I would like to know why it is worthless to me when I am out of town. The message I get from the app is that I have to be near my "home wi-fi" for it to work. Why bother to have it then? I cannot watch either live or recorded televisions

Caller ID Not Showing on TV

Pixelated signal
