low volume level

Since receiving a new Contour box I have a very low volume level! Watching TV and I have to up the volume on the contour remote to almost twice the level as with previous box! I have a Vizio TV and Vizio soundbar. The only thing that is different is a changed out Contour box.Any others with same exp

Channel 95, Antenna TV guide descriptions wrong

The guide descriptions for all the Cox channels are usually correct, except 95. For the last several weeks the show descriptions and the actual shows presented on 95 are different. Trying to record a show on 95 ends up becoming a series of errors. e.g. Johney Carson Why?

Contour does not work on my laptop

Harmony remotes and the Contour button

I have an old Harmony 650 controlling my cox contour box via the Myharmony app but there is no "Contour" button in the Myharmony and though it works as an IR remote, it will not learn/fix a command, e.g. can't teach the Harmony the Contour button which is the "Home" button the Cox remote. Ideas?
