Contour cloud DVR poor video quality
I have Cox Contour 2 HD cloud DVR whole home receiver and 2 contour 2 boxes. I have been experiencing poor quality, less than HD video that comes and goes on live and recorded video. Cox phone scam?
I got a phone call from cox cable with the number listed as (877) 702-3959. They asked me for my name and I said yes, but then proceeded to ask me about my service and if I wanted to upgrade. I said no and then they said have a nice day. Is this normal or a scam? I’m confused.

Constant Signal Issues
