Both Fanduel channels (Bally) are and have been choppy reception and audio for almost 2 months

Check that everything is tight? All boxes? Reboot help? What happened 2 months ago? When was it installed and have you had a technician out since then? If so, when and what did they do/say?

Sorry to hear about your video issues.  We want to help.  Is this happening in multiple rooms or just one?  If just one room, I would recommend checking the connections to ensure there is no damage (ex.  HDMI cord condition).  If it is happening in all rooms we may need to have this escalated.
