I had quite a lengthy thread over the last months about DVR stuttering and dropping video. Then, someone turned off comments and no other posts appeared. I notice that it looks like COX is trying to placate/intercept folks with the same complaints by telling them that their issue will be escalated.

Why would a Seattle-based broadcast vs Oakland be blacked out in the Oklahoma City Market (April 14th game)? I think I saw this same thing vs San Diego earlier in the week. 🤔

I recently got the 4k wireless box and my tv hasn't worked. I keep getting an error message saying there is a connection issue. My wifi is strong to the box. We went and got a new box had a technician come out and even he couldn't help. What do I do?

Why are the Colorado Avalanche Hockey Games blacked out on all channels on Cox in Omaha NE? It is 542 miles from Omaha to Denver. Minnesota Wild is closer to Omaha and we get their home games.

I plug in a Cox contour box and the box works fine . I than tried a Cox mini box and it will not work. It says no connectivity. What could be the problem ?
