DVR Recordings Disappear on New DVR
My old Arris AX013NC finally failed and was replaced with an Arris AX013ANC. Both are hard drives. When did pause and rewinds on live TV stop happening?
Hello. I just noticed today that I can't do a pause anymore when watching live. And I can't do rewinds anymore. It gives me a message saying that my set up box doesn't support that. When did this start happening because I had no issues before. I didn't get a new cable box. I have a release version 1

Pause live tv and live tv record only goes back 30 min.
So I just updated my system since I was having issues with my cable. But I am so upset with the service I now get. I can’t record as much as I did unless I pay more than I was paying. I can only pause for 30 min unlike 1 hour previously, which also allows 30 min rewind on any show I watch. Dish I co

Tv is just streaming
My tv is just streaming. It streams for a channel trying ti connect, then gives a error message after a few tries and then sats unable to connect try again. I have unplug to reset, but it is doing the same thing
