Picture freezes
Why does the picture freeze on my DVR recordings? Is it because the weather is turning colder and Cox equipment is being affected? Pressing stop and then start sometimes moves the recording ahead past the problem. Usually, it goes to a message stating it appears I have completed watching the program

Delete on demand shows
Can delete normal recordings, but if I watch a show “on demand”it will not leave my list, contour app has changed recently

Whose responsibility it is to replace the cable?
We’re in Hillcrest and Cox has been out and they say that the cable has been damaged between their box and my wall. Which of course runs through the walls. Has anyone had any experience with Cox and their association to figure out whose responsibility it is to replace the cable?

Audio disruption
I am new to the area and this is the first rain we have had since arriving. Is this normal that the audio in my TV becomes intermittent or non-existent on some channels because it’s wet? This is ridiculous it seems FOX is worse than others.

Over 20 years with Cox and the last 12 months have been a continual PIA. No service, partial service, intermediate service, frozen picture service, garbled sound service…..need I go on.
