Guide shows only 5 channels

Is there someway to see more than five channels in the guide? I don’t mind if the guide would be smaller, but it would be nice to see maybe seven or 10 channels at a time instead of just the five. This would make this scrolling through the shows available much quicker.

Dvr not working

Dvr recordings are freezing, pixelating, then shuts down. The system is very slow off n on- it will take up to 40 minutes to come up in AM. Then when push buttons on remote- can take up to 1-2 mins to respond. Already replaced remote, dvr, reset multiple times, yes plugged into wall.....

Change to Services Misleading

I ordered a change in services today (9/13/2024) - eliminating Phone Service and Homelife - ONLY!
