Cox problem with signal processing
I have Cox on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. There are a couple of channels (both Los Angeles area broadcast channels) that have issues. I have checked all of my TVs and the problem occur with all. Channel 817, which shows older shows in their original 4:3 aspect ratio format is being horizontally

Recording freezes all the time
The DVDR is becoming useless. We can not see any of the recording show because it freezes and some times goes back to the beginning. Since you charged a harm and a leg for this service. Should this working properly?!

Mini box not booting up
Mini box wont reboot. Gets stuck. Error M.2.1.1 My other mini box works just fine. Have tried 2 “new” ones with same issue. Something has changed recently to cause these boxes not work. Any suggestions?

Remote voice command not working
When pressing the microphone button, the light on the remote turns blue and Contour is not receiving my voice commands. When I release the button, the light turns green. So now I can’t do any searches using voice command. Any ideas? And yes, I have unpaired and re-paired the remote to my system.

Does a DVR have reports like cable modems?
Is there a DVR report similar to one available at a cable modem’s IP address that shows power status, signal to noise ratios, event logs, etc.? DVR Recordings Disappear
