Cox has the worse service in the world I pay over $200 for **bleep**ty service every night for the last 10 days my service keep cutting in and out. Bally Sports Sun Tiling - Pixelating
For the past 2 weeks, Bally sports Sun on channel 43 in Destin, FL (Pensacola-Gulfcoast channels) is pixelating so bad that I can't watch the Rays games. I have called Bally. They say reboot! duh. Contour 1 more versatile then Contour 2- can't go back.
Contour 1 DVR box was much much more user friendly than contour 2. You could choose a channel, leave it on for a minute, go to another channel, do the same, and both would allow rewind to go back an hour. Now, you can only go back as far as the channel was chosen, just a few moments or even seconds.

Guide incorrect
Why does the guide consistently show incorrect program information? For example channel 68 currently says it’s supposed to be Texas Rangers baseball game. However it’s actually a poker tournament.
