smart tv can't connect to cox cable via cox internet

My smart tv (insignia) is connected to the internet and I can access Netflix, etc. However, I am also a cox cable customer but have recently been moved to cox tv - no longer cable (can't remember what this is called). Is there a way to watch my cox live tv channels?

Scrambled channels

I have been having an issue with TV channels being scrambled especially cbs nbc ,and several other ones and it’s been going on for weeks. I have tried rebooting several times I’ve tried changing my HD cables. Nothing works in here lately when I go to watch ID channel or LMN they are scrambled also.

dvr not recording

dvr stopped recording. had service call. nothing seems to be wrong with contour box. now told my area is having dvr recording problems. no solution given.
