Picture and voice out of sync

Getting tired of paying for Spanish language programming
It is just me or does anyone else mind COX slipping in another foreign language station without our input? One was quite enough already. Why should I be charged for this? I might start looking around at other cable providers.

Charging for a new remote?
I cannot believe that after being a customer for at least 20 years, and paying $200 a month for service, when I requested a replacement remote I was told I'd have to pay $20 online with the rep or $10 in the store. Cox - have you no shame.

Can contour 2 use cloud dvr?
I just swapped out my contour 2 DVR box with a hard drive for an exact replacement. It’s the same older box with the clock display. When I activated it, all my recordings and scheduled recordings were still there. I expected to have to re-add everything. How is that possible without using cloud DVR?

Updated remote no bueno!
Was given a “new” remote at Cox store recently only to find the mute doesn’t work, the volume sticks, voice control doesn’t work at all! This is an IMPROVEMENT?!?!

How does this make economic sense?
How can Cox agree to lower my overall pricing by $20 because they send me a contour streaming box? It seems like there has to be a catch in the future that will pay for the manufacturing and delivery cost of new hardware? What am I missing?

TV With WiFi Cutting Out
