Outages

It is getting to be a pattern with the outages that occur every single day!  I have called many times and spent hours of time that I will never get back speaking to your foreign agents that follow a script and have no real insight as to the issue or the resolution.  Please be honest and inform your customers what’s happening.  I concur that refunds are in order.

Like I said previously I have spent more time on this than I should have to considering the monthly bill I pay for this service.  It’s your responsibility as an employee to resolve this not mine.
