Another outage!?
Why do I feel like COX drops at random a few times a week lately! I keep contacting support, talk for an hr, schedule a service call...and a few hrs later its fine.
This doesnt WORK for WFH and adverse weather! Usually the outtage map says everything is fine and I have to CHAT to find out theres local issues.
Im about ready to give up, this certainly isnt work 350 a month!
