Sound not in sync

Picture and sound not in sync. I've reported this several times. They send something to the box and it works for a few hours and then out of sync again. Anyone else have this problem? How did you get it fixed?

This package states you now have access to Showtime and paramount plus lineups, where you can access paramount plus via the contour app system. Remote new cable box

I used to watch showtime on their app but now the only way to watch it without paying for paramount+) is with my showtime cox cable subscription. I finished The Woman in the Wall episode 3 and just noticed episode 4 is not available on demand, it skips to 5. Where is Ep 4?
