Picture messed up, but sound is good.
My picture on my TV is messed up in a fixed position. Spound is normal and will change channels, but picture remains fixed.

I can see how that would be frustrating. I think I've located your account using your forum credintials and would love to help get this sorted out. Please share what troubleshooting steps you have completed and if all TV's with boxes are affected.

Same problem here. I have rebooted the cable box several times, and video is restored for a while, then the video starts to scamble again and then locks up. I just did another rest but it is still locked up. Box is going back to Cox today for a change out.
