Guide shows only 5 channels

That wasn't the issue.  You wanted to know how to increase the number of channels displayed in the program guide.  Do Contour guide options allow you to do that?

There is NO setting for guide options 

Good morning. I want to help you resolve the issue with your Guide display. The Guide settings are right in the TV Guide options, not in the settings category in the Contour menu. If you click Guide 2 times in a row, the Guide settings menu will pop up. Is there anyway to change the setting so we can get more than five channels to show? It’s extremely slow to have to go through all the channels five at times versus seven or 10.
