Spontaneous Deletions from Contour DVR
We had some issues with a previous DVR, so since our most recent replacement, we've been keeping closer track of recordings and capacity. Last night, we had 293 recordings reported a utilization of 40%. When we checked this morning, the box reported 221 recordings and 29.2% utilization. OVER 60 RECO

TV Service Pricing and AI Chat
My bill in Fairfax County VA has increased twice. Few channels I enjoy. Needed "basic" pricing on Contour TV Starter and Chat agents have cute auto responses and no helpful response. This will prompt a cancelation of my television package. Do not need lack of informative support.

Tv service is unreliable in my area.
I'm in SE Ocala. Earlier this month Cox was having complete outages in my area. Lately,10-7 days, I've been getting TV outages. One went out for over a day 3 or 4 of them were for part of the day. Today it has been out since about 6am. Each time I called I went through the reboot routine. Each time
