Living in the 89011 zip code, Cox network for TV has been offline since 9 pm last night. Every estimate as to when the problem would be resolved has been pushed back and now the Cox app says that they hope to have it resolved but no estimate? What has happened that the system is down for so long?

Automatic screensaver is a nuisance

Contour DVR says "boot" all the time.
My Contour DVR is saying "boot" all the time now for the last three days. Lately it has been taking a very long time to update (boot) but it would eventully complete. Do I need to get a new DVR or does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
